Kathy has been working in the Hospitality Industry for over 17 years helping employees understand and use property management and point-of-sale applications to maximize their productivity and provide outstanding guest service.  Before entering the Hospitality Industry, she worked with training and process identification in the Retail Industry.   She took these skills to the Hospitality side and continues to work on process identification and improvement, software configuration, trouble-shooting, and training managers and line staff.  She helped install PSMS Host and point-of-sale at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in 1998 and managed upgrades, major configuration and working with PSMS support on issues for them since their install.

Kathy currently lives in Destin, Florida and consults with several PSMS sites and is on the search for the next great opportunity to work with users of PSMS applications.  She has been to 15 HUG Conferences and is in her second year on the HUG Board.
