R&R Reporting

I am on Staycation this week and broke out of my self-induced lockdown to go to the movies. With a few minutes to kill before the previews, I was drawn to the local library. I think the library is one of the coolest spots on earth! It was 7:30pm, and unlikely to be open in small town USA, but the lights were still on, so I inched my car as close as I could to the door to find their closing time, and to my wonder and surprise, the library didn't close until 8pm! Wikipedia states that, "A library is an organized collection of sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. It provides physical or digital access to material, and may be a physical building or room, or a virtual space, or both." Yes! How neat is that?
As a HUG member, you have access to our cool library - and it's never closed. It is located on our website, aka the File Download Center, which includes white papers, conference materials, Crystal, and R&R reports. If you are not already using HUG's library, it is time to get started. In the File Download Center you will find over 40 R&R reports on topics including concierge, bookings, cancellations, no shows, arrivals, walk-ins, upgrades, in-house guests, departures, complementary rooms, group rooming lists, lost business, unit usage, special billing, in-house guest package, reservation agent activity, housekeeping zones, room status, vacant rooms, folio transaction codes, city ledgers, high guest balance, telephone, credit exceeded, Travel Agent and more. R&R's reports can be downloaded and personalized to meet your needs, then seamlessly integrated into your SMS|Host Reports Menu for use by all users at the property level.

If you're like me, always looking for the next, best, cool way to pull useful - and sometimes really powerful - data, check out the File Download Center at smshug.org today! And don't forget to pay if forward. Virtually every report in HUG's library has been graciously submitted by users like you. For every report that you download, consider submitting a report to share. It's not a requirement, but you'll be a better person for it.

Happy downloading,
Beata Hunt
