HUG Membership

    The SMS|Host Users Group (HUG) distinguishes itself as the only users group within the hospitality technology industry to be run by the users, for the users.  HUG was formed to assist members in maximizing the utilization of the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System from Springer-Miller Systems.  The organization serves its members by providing a united forum through which users can share knowledge, create solutions and influence product direction.  Become a member today!

While we work in tandem with Springer-Miller, the HUG Board is an independent body of volunteers voted on by the membership and funded solely through membership dues. The HUG Board works throughout the year to plan the annual conference and provide other opportunities for member involvement.  We work in conjunction with Springer-Miller to identify key topics and areas of interest that will offer the most impactful training opportunities for conference attendees.

HUG is more than just the annual conference.  The HUG Board works throughout the year to find and develop resources such as webinars focused on Springer-Miller products, industry topics, and simply bringing the user community together to network!

 

Springer-Miller Systems Customer Community

The SMS Customer Community is an amazing forum for SMS|Host, SpaSoft, & Teres users to ask questions and contribute their knowledge to a group of other users and SMS staff. You are also able to manage your support cases, view webinars, and read helpful articles. This community is a way to keep the collaboration of the HUG Conference going throughout the entire year.
