July! What already? That means there are just days left to register early for the 2015 HUG conference at the lowest price available! Register before August 1st to lock in your lowest registration of $489. After July 31st the registration will go up to $519. The conference this year will be from November 8-12. This year we are ramping up to have the best conference ever! The conference this year, at Sunriver in Oregon, will have over 75 sessions filled with training, new information, SMS news and hot industry topics. Our conference brochure is up online early with session details and conference planning information. Also under the "Upcoming-2015 Conference" section of our site we have the "Conference Session Grid", where you can browse through every session with its description listed by day.
With P2Pe, Tokenization and Chip and Pin, there will be plenty to talk about in the PCI, EMV and Secured Payments sessions. You can catch up on industry news with the "State of the Market" session. There is an entire track planned for SMS|Touch users. As always our SpaSoft track begins Tuesday. ALSO new this year...get ready on Tuesday for an entire day of rates with our "Rates Boot Camp"! If that was not enough for you, Wednesday we will tackle not only "Hands On R&R: Part 1" and "Part 2", but also "Super Ultimate Advanced R&R"!! I personally can't wait for that session. It seems that I can't get enough of R&R...who's with me on that one?
Our conference is jam packed with information and training, but don't forget this is also a great opportunity to compare notes with other people in the industry. You would think that your property might be incredibly unique, but trust me...there is always something you can find in common with other users at HUG. We all have reservations, units, rates or packages (or both), housekeeping, check-ins, check-outs, amenities, reports, audit, guests with unique special needs, and employees that need training. There is always something to discuss further with other hospitality professionals at HUG. Remember: You don't know, what you don't know, until you get to HUG!!
